Birth Doula Services

A birth doula provides a birther, their partner and baby with physical and emotional support during pregnancy, labour, birth, and the early post-partum period. A doula is a source of experience and information, providing you with resources so that you are empowered and informed throughout your pregnancy and birth.

I provide my clients with 

• An initial, "meet me" meeting

• Spinning Babies® balancing exercises

• 2-3 prenatal meetings

• on-call support via text, phone and email

• labour support through till childbirth and the first hours following

• 1 (or more*) post-partum visits, including help with breastfeeding. *based on need
